Omega World Travel Selects At&T Services To
Enhance International Communication

FAIRFAX, Va., April 9, 2010 — Omega World Travel (Omega), a global travel management company headquartered in Fairfax, VA, and Cruise.com, Omega’s wholly-owned online cruise retailer, are working with AT&T* to expand collaboration among employees and enhance the travel planning experience for customers around the world with AT&T voice and unified communications services.

Under a new contract, Omega will utilize IP-based AT&T Connect® to integrate Web, video and voice conferencing onto one company-wide platform, allowing participants, whether customers or employees, to attend meetings from virtually anywhere in the world, even through mobile phones. By consolidating all conferencing applications onto one unified communications platform, Omega can provide next generation on-demand, real-time conferencing capabilities to its customers. Internally, along with conferencing capabilities, Omega will have the ability to record and replay meetings and training sessions for employees any time, anywhere, streamlining processes company wide.

In addition, Omega will dramatically improve communications and collaboration for its 200 office locations using AT&T Voice services and also provide enhanced service for customers around the world by offering country-specific phone numbers that allow local residents to contact dedicated Omega representatives in their region toll-free.
