The Shared Services Department is looking to hire additional staff into its field support area.

Responsibilities
• Handle technical and implementation requests from the field with regards to online booking tools, technology issues, GDS problems and queries, etc.
• Present Omega's technology tools to both external and internal clients
• Provide customer service to internal clients to support operational issues
• Provide implementation support for new clients

Experience Required
• 2 years of experience in at least one GDS (multiple GDS exposure preferred)
• 2 years of experience in working as a travel agent or similar
• 6 months experience working with a minimum of one online booking tool (multiple OBT exposure preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Omega
