Seeking individual(s) with travel industry experience to provide strategic account management to corporate customers. Person(s) will have overall accountability for customer relationship. This includes assessing contract requirements and goals and developing, delivering and managing appropriate solutions for all aspects of the client's managed travel program, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Candidate is responsible for measuring and monitoring contract and vendor performance and identifying cost savings opportunities through data analysis and vendor negotiations. The successful applicant also will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability for the Company. |
