Client Services/Account Management Professional

Seeking individual(s) with travel industry experience to provide strategic account management to corporate customers. Person(s) will have overall accountability for customer relationship. This includes assessing contract requirements and goals and developing, delivering and managing appropriate solutions for all aspects of the client's managed travel program, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Candidate is responsible for measuring and monitoring contract and vendor performance and identifying cost savings opportunities through data analysis and vendor negotiations. The successful applicant also will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability for the Company.

Position Requirements
• B.S./B.A. Degree or equivalent
  experience.
• Minimum of five years in
  Operations/Account Management in
  the service industry.
• Complete understanding of travel
  agency industry.
• Must possess a successful track record
  of Account Management.
• Ability to interface with customers in
  a professional manner.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  and PowerPoint and have excellent
  written and verbal communication skills.
